Percy is pretty close in topping the list of ridiculous talent that is a complete head case ..... What team wouldn't want Percy returning kickoffs ? Or linning up in the slot with his ridiculous speed.... ? But yet team after team he's released .... Effin sad really .... I get the feeling the Pats might give him a shot, but Bill won't waste much time saying bye bye if he starts causing issues .... Which he most likely will ....
