OK, let's get this over with once and for all. You wrote in all caps (about Griffin)" DOESN'T WANT TO RUN PLAYS THAT WERE SUCCESSFUL" yet refuse to hold the team or organization accountable for anything except their handling of his injuries. Taking your own statement (above) as truth ask yourself this, what did they do in response to his refusal? What would you have done? And further since you're not the only one here who has served the country what would the military have done to a soldier who refused to do his duty? We both know the answers to these questions, why you refuse to believe that the same standard shouldn't apply to Griffin and this organization is frankly a puzzle.

what the organization should have done is said run the plays or ride the bench you spoiled prima donna . but the fact that you cant get around is 3 said he wouldnt and he chose for those words to come out of his mouth . he is accountable . 3 can simply hand the ball off if "forced " to .

as for what the military would have done well a civilian entity has different rules of conduct in handling a employee then the military . i could jail a soldier if needed, take his money restrict his freedom , all thing a civilian employer cannot do . most soldiers would say "uncle " long before that if he refused to charge a hill or deserted i could have him court martialed with the possibility of death being the final judgement

the redskins FO has about 20 % liability here , 3 has about 80% because he can control those things and he didnt

Well at least you're beginning to credit blame where it belongs. Prior to now your position has been that the organization/coaches only had culpability for mishandling his injury. So let's total up......if you add your newly gifted 20% liability to whatever percentage you're giving to the injury mishandling, what do your new numbers look like?

BTW: We don't seem to have any disagreement on structure and whether military or civilian entities each have within their respective systems means to hand out proper punitive measures. We also agree that the team/organization should have benched his ass if he refused to run the plays as called. Our disagreement comes into play because they didn't. I saw it as their responsibility and a serious failure when they failed to bench him, where you clearly do not. Newly credited 20% notwithstanding.
