Would Julio Jones make this team any significantly better than, say, another mlb? Or a good TE? A solid rotational rb?

I wouldnt make that trade.

Can't say I'm really down with that either. Thinking on last year though and the push RR made to get Cooper with a big money offer has me a little concerned. Cuz not only would Julio cost a whole lot. The Skins would have to give up something in trade as well.

Solid but not spectacular RT. Pretty much what you expect from most RTs. He started every game the last 6 years and played in over +90% of the plays. He often looked like he was going to be out for awhile when he limped off the field only to come back a couple of plays later.

JMO but I think two things .... which I have mentioned before, he is not an RR guy and they are looking for a little extra money to pay Jon Allen. His salary is not a lot for a starting right tackle and as someone mentioned maybe he came in looking for some more money. What would you prefer, a pretty good starting right tackle or a even better starting right defensive tackle?

Yeah, Moses was an odd duck of sorts when it came to penalties. In 2015 he committed 9 total good for the 32nd most in the league with 2 false starts. In 2016 n 2017 he didn't commit enough penalties to be listed in the top 50 which is how extensive the list I'm using goes back. Then in 2018 he led the NFL in penalties with 14 including 7 false starts, the 2nd most in that category and in 2019 he had a total of 9 penalties, 18th most in the NFL with 5 false starts, 3rd most in that category. Then last year he doesn't commit enough penalties to make the top 50 list.

I know Leno has been starter the last 5 years , is a year younger and is only making 5 million this season. But he was also starting for the Bears and their OL seemed to get bad mouthed the entire season, but like you. Until he shows he's fuckin up. I don't have anything real negative to say about RR. I would like to see the Skins acquire another LB, an MLB preferably as there still seem to be a couple out there that would be a clear upgrade over Bostic.

I know it's taboo to question Ron right now, but if this isn't to make room for an Allen extension or a Rodgers trade, it's kind of a head scratcher at the moment. Jmo

Not enough saved cap dollars from Moses to "lock down" Allen. Moses was a puss, talked too much after Trent left and quite frankly became dispensable at 30 with better cheaper options out there. How about freeing up space for Schreff?

I like this new Fo i been saying for years the biggest problem in Washington has been injurys to starters every year and stagnent philsophy keeping a player longer then we should a player or IR player or PS player.. How many Te did we pass on hoping Te Reed will be Healthy how many ilb did we pass on hoping that 9ers linebacker gets healthy how many good RT did we pass on keeping Moses .. this Front office is legit and aggressive i like it

18m is close to shutdown corner money. I'm not talking about Fuller or Jackson III. I'm talking 6 or 7m away from a top 3 CB. If Scherff turns down 18m, you draft a G in the 1st or 2nd next year and move on.
