Some QBs just know how to win.
Romo isn't one of them.
Romo isn't one of them.
The Cowboy's offense played great yesterday and Romo was great at keeping plays alive with his legs, throwing accurately, and making good decisions.
That being said, who else are you going to blame that throw on? Is there another more memorable play for Dallas in the game? Did you not call the interception...I did.
OH...I'm a Redskin's fan.
My issue is, why are the Cowboys ALWAYS in a position where Romo needs to be the guy? Why are the Cowboys ALWAYS in 1 score games? Regardless of opponent the Cowboys play to their competition. I'm not making excuses for Romo but how many of these close games should not have been close? The D had absolutely no ability to adapt and the linebackers were getting slaughtered in coverage all day. If a qb only throws 1 pick and it decides the game then there are other problems going on there.
I never understood this thinking. You and I and everyone else can use whatever leverage available to us to secure the best possible terms of employment and that's the American way, but if a football player does it they're a whiny little bitch diva.
he is a bum for making the biggest mistake at the worst time, like he always does. I hate people that think his stats are good so he is, sorry but if you consistently make big mistakes at bad times you fucking suck!
Nobody is saying that Romo is the only person to blame!!!
Lets go with a baseball analogy- hope it works
A Starting pitcher pitches 8 shutout innings with a sub 1.00 WHIP, he goes into the 9th inning... the score is 1-0... In the 9th inning the first batter gets a walk, the 2nd batter hits a HR... team loses 2-1...
Who is to blame... The pitcher deserves the loss even though he pitched great the whole game... But you can also blame the manager for keeping him in the game, and the offense for only scoring one run... But that does not mean the pitcher is not to be blamed... he deserves the blame for getting the loss...
Clearly don't know shit about football. Yes, he threw a pick at the worst possible time yesterday. But the only reason that Dallas was even in the game was because of Romo. If you score 48 points at home then you damn well ought to win. The fire needs to be directed at the defense for giving up 51 points, even if it was to the 5 head. This is the NFL and that shit shouldn't happen.
You "hate people that think his stats are good so he is" ? That's just fucked up rave. I didn't say the guy was good though he's above average. He put up 21 more than your boy did against them. Now Flacco against the Broncos was a horse shit performance if you're looking for one.
You and I live in the real world. Well sort of...this world looks more screwed up everyday...
Anyway, the NFL is NOT the real world. The major difference is that you and I could both be the very best in our field out of college but there is no draft for us. No, we're all basically free agents. And if what Manning and Elway did was not a big deal, why are they the only two cases of it in the modern era? 99.9999999 percent of players drafted out of college, go to the team that drafts them. But not Manning and Elway. That is what makes them crybaby bitch divas IMO.
Team scores 1 run in 9 innings, that's on the offense. Gee that was an easy one.
The pick wasn't even Romo's fault. That was on the WR.

One play doesn't wipe out everything Romo did well, but the reality is that one bad play lost the game for DAL.
