Good game, Pens. Sharks sucked out loud for the first half of the game but at least they turned it on when they needed to.

Jk. But lots of solid Sharks Pens games the last few year I feel like. Usually a fun matchup when these two meet. Would make an awesome SCF (knock on wood!).

PS. Just re-watched highlights on NHL Network and... is Malkin always that bad at shootouts or did he just have a brain fart and couldn't decide what he wanted to do? That looked like one of the worst shootout attempts... Don't get me wrong, the guy is still a stud and he had a monster game, but just sayin'...

IIRC Malkin has a very low conversion percentage on shootout attempts. A lot of great players do for whatever reason.

Yeah he made several nice saves late in the third too to get the game to the shootout. The one on Park is slipping my mind at the moment and I can't seem to find a highlight of it anywhere, but trust me Greiss was very good in this game. Sharks lose this one without him for sure.
