Bruce Chubik did it for me and my teammates. That dude was our hero. We couldn't drive but had an older friend that would. We road tripped to watch Atkinson West Holt play ball. Everywhere they played it was a sold out gym. You had to be in line early or get turned away.

Then he played for Nebraska.

Unless it was the late 80's probably didn't get to see you play JJM. May have watched you play at state tourney though if your team made it.

Simply b/c was a fixture at state from then till 1997 or so. And watched the rest religiously on TV till 2003 or so.

I definitely didn't go to state in Basketball.

It was my best sport by far, but it was the only sport I didn't go to state in my Sophomore through Senior years.

Too much teamwork involved in Basketball, and unfortunately we had a bunch of guys who wanted to play as individuals.

What a good season, whether we make the tourney or not. Just have to be proud of the quick turn around Miles and these kids have done this year. Know one saw this coming.
I think if we win 4 of our last 6 games, and two wins in our tourney, we get there as a 6-8 seed.

I think that would put us at about a 9 seed or so.

We would have an overall record of 20-13 in that case and there usually aren't more than a couple teams with less than 20 wins that make it.

Could you all please pray for about 8 inches of snow today? Several weeks ago my wife scheduled a date night for tonight. And while "happy wife, happy life" well...there's this game on tonight n such. It would be a darn shame if the weather was so bad out that we had to stay home and watch the game instead. Otherwise I will have to DVR the game and watch it when we get home and avoid all social media until then.
