I can tell you from the Celtics game Boozer is there to get a paycheck and nothing else. He did not move on either offense and defense. Just stood around and hoped the ball would come to him. And if it did he would shoot it. Lin tries, but he was too awkward on starts and stops and players could run right by him.

Its from 3 to 11 but i still hate it. Gonna miss most of the season, but i dont see any miracles happening anyway. I would rather die then work from 11pm to 8am. My sis did it for 13 years and it aged the shit out of her.

That being said pleasently surprised by the line up changes, heres hoping Byron gives them minutes to boot. Ronnies defense on starters should be invaluable and hes actually a good passer. I have noticed. I want to see Ed get 40 mins one of these days. Lets see if he can stay out of foul trouble. Also, i would have loved to have seen Lin and Ed play pick and roll more since they are both marvelous at it but Byron has not utilized that much at all. Lets hope Ronnie gets some shots with him or at least more Kobe/Davis with Wayne and Swaggy in the wings. byron may change the lineups all around and it may not be a bad idea. In stark contrast to Dantoni last year.

Sweet. Lin and Boozer off the bench will make us deeper. As "bad" as they are, they might be able to score some against most 2nd unit's.

Yeah i think many of us thought Boozer should have come off the bench from the get go to take advantage of second units. Hes much more serviceable 1 on 1 vs that unit. He will probably see more Iso's which although he should be able to score, may or may not be a good thing. Lin will definitely be more effective against second units and his role maybe more clear as a scorer, perhaps we see less awkward plays by him and more aggressiveness, which i think he can do well off hte bench.
