The other thing is... No way they will have a rotation with Corbin, Miley, Skaggs and Holmberg (4 lefties) so one of Skaggs/Holmberg needs to eventually emerge as the guy that will stick in the rotation. I think they should each get until at least next trade deadline before we deal either one but I want to get a good look at both of them. If they both pan out long term then Miley will probably be the odd man out and could be decent trade bait.

He's pretty high rated prospect. Not Bradley rated, but worthy to watch.

Im actually really really excited to see Holmberg pitch tonight. He was ranked 6th by baseball america in the Dbacks system and 5th by mlb pipeline. He was part of the trade that sent Edwin Jackson to the White Sox for Daniel Hudson and him.

I only saw him pitch once in the minors because the Baybears aren't part of the Milb.tv package, but he pitched good. He is a big dude, beefy even, not really fat but is definitely the opposite of Skaggs and Corbin. He didn't really seem to have a a favorite go to pitch, but instead used a bunch of pitches equally. He has nice control too, which I liked.

Hopefully he doesn't get too nervous out there.
