I know the PC might be considered a dead platform but I still love them.

I'm a sucker for the Total War strategy games. Right now I'm playing:

Rome Total War II

Others:

Medieval Total War II
Napoleon
Empire Total War

Other great PC games:

X-com
Civilization (1-5)
Baldurs Gate II

Skyrim
Stalker Call of Priypat

If you like grand strategy (without the RT battles) check out Paradox games (specifically Crusader Kings 2) I've dumped probably close to 80 hours on it and finally decided I needed a break.

Right now playing the hell out of Divinity Original Sin...RPG that actually lets you play like an RPG (kill NPC's, use spells with environment for additional effects, steal anything) Chaching!

I love strategy games, and hate Real Time stuff with a passion (for the most part) so I'll check that out. Probably. Maybe. I'll at least intend to. As soon as I fire up my desktop though, I have to force my self not to immediatly launch Dota 2. As much as I hate RT stuff, I can't get enough of this game.

Those sound interesting. I've been looking for a good RPG that's not from Betheda. I love their games but it would be nice to try something different. I've heard good things about Crusader Kings..

I'm still knee deep in Rome Total War. It's coming out with free expansion (for those who already have the game ) of the the Roman Civil Wars (Octavian, Mark Antony and some other Roman) that should be very good.

I'm also playing a mod for Empire Total War (18th Century Europe and North America) of the American Civil War which is really good.

The last PC game that I played is "Faster Than Light".

It's really fun and doesn't require countless hours to finish a session.

I've always preferred PC games to console, but unfortunately I barely have time to play anymore.

I'd say my faves are:
Thief and Thief 2
Half-Life/Counterstrike/TFC
Far Cry (the original one)
Deus Ex

The Thief series is definitely underrated, Thief 3 was one of my favorite games ever.

I like Thief 2 the best, but all three were great nonetheless (the new one that came out this year is so-so but I've only played about two hours into it). The great thing about the series is that there are a ton of fan made missions (many of which are really well done), so you can just keep playing and playing.
