The young man looked pretty good off the bench. The future of the Denver Broncos looks bright.

I'd have to say - I like Trevor Siemian, but Lynch is certainly even with him already. The Broncos are undefeated since 11/25/15 - and have used 4 different QBs over that period. How important is a QB in the NFL today?

DA DA DA DEFENSE!!!

Siemian and Lynch are doing what we need to win games.

Both getting experience and both will get better each week.

I would say the QB position is showing the importance in how close the game is. When you have a defense like the Broncos have no game will get out of hand so you always have a chance to win. When you add competent QB play on top of that type of defense then it leads to these convincing wins like we saw.

I suspect defenses will catch on pretty quickly to his 5 step drops , throw on the 5th step slants. Grimes almost jump a route late in the game. He's still a work in progress his deep out to DT for 18 yards was a thing of beauty,

If he can start to hit some deeper throws this should help loosen up the CB squatting.

This is one of the reasons that I love Kubiak. He showed incredible trust in his rookie from the get go. Instead of just running it 3 times to get to the half with a 7 point lead he put the ball in his hands and told him go have some fun. They didn't shy away from the deep passes. In fact it was almost emphasized all the more. He was a little hyped up and his timing wasn't quite right but to me a week of practice with the 1's and you might just see him drop some of those in making life very difficult for a defense to know what is going on.

The Broncos have a great problem of 2 competent QB's. When about half the teams in the league are struggling to find even one of those I feel very fortunate that we might just have 2 on our hands.

I Love the guy and I have been giving him immense credit for how he harbors his human resources on the team - which is why the Broncos are fresh in the 4th quarter and at the end of the season (last year anyway).

Of course it`s early in week but Kubiak thinks Trevor will be ready to go vs Falcons per info today. We shall see. As long as Trevor is close to 100%, I feel better with him starting at this point.

Amen to that Brother!

Lynch got some very good reps in live action -and we will see him again this season I suspect.

I'm honestly comfortable with either of them starting at this point. They both have shown they can handle this offense and make all the throws. Siemian offers a bit more of a veteran presence and probably a safer QB with the football. Lynch offers a bit more of the razzle dazzle and big play ability. Both styles are what the Broncos can win with.
