I wish they would change the AHL eligibility rule. I understand this guy may not be NHL ready but I think he's beyond juniors at this point. He should be playing against grown men.

Unfortunately, he can't play in the AHL yet, but he's going to dominate in JRs which is great for his confidence. As long as he has a good coach he'll be fine.

Understand what you're saying but I agree with Nasty in that I think he'd gain more by playing in the AHL with bigger, faster older players. I realize its a moot point with the rules such as they are, I'm just sayin'
