First time the Texans had the ball on other side of the 50 yrd line, 1:30 left to play in 3rd quarter. Unless your D has stuffed the other team all night as well, your gonna loose when you can't make it past the 50.

I don't follow college ball although I do remember hearing about the incident. Seems the Boise State kid had a bit of a smirk on his mug before he got whacked and that leads me to wonder what precipitated Blount going over there to "discuss" the matter with him.

I thought that Osweiler would have a rough go as a starter...then he won his 1st two games (I didn't see either of them) even though he didn't appear to have played well...so I gave them them half a shot to win that game last night vs NE's 3rd string QB. NADA! NOT! NIL! Seriously?

Granted, his special teams dug a deep hole for him, but it was all she wrote after that.

Clearly he's not ready to bring the Texans back on the road vs a good team. Still a long way to go, and they could make me eat these words, but right now it looks like the AFCS winner will be the 4 seed, and one and done in the playoffs.

He never seems to look effective early in a game. Then the 2nd half rolls around, guys are a little more tired and BOOM!!!

I remember that game vividly, he went after Blount and according to him said "How about that ass kicking?" Blount turned around, came back and blasted him. I have a hard time believing that was all he said to get cold-cocked.

Blount even tried to go after some fans in the stands who were throwing stuff at him.

He had/has obvious anger issues, but I don't think that it would be simple taunts that set him off there, they had to have said some messed up shit to him.

The odds on this game will be interesting to watch. Last week the line opened with Hou a -2.5 favorite. By gamtime it was a picke to a -1 for Hou.
