The Patriots have claimed offensive lineman Chris Barker off waivers from the Dolphins, according to Reno Gazette-Journal. Barker, an undrafted free agent out of Nevada, is a 6-foot-4, 305-pounder who started 40 games at guard for the Wolfpack over the last four seasons.

Washington is gone and Cole and Svitek may be gone so AJ Francis and the above two would be an even swap of roster spots. I think they only had 51 on the roster yesterday so I'm not sure at this point.

They're reporting he wasn't seen at practice so he could be gone..

ESPN's Field Yates on the roster: Cave fills the last opening on the current roster. Looks like they have it at 53 right now.
