Certainly a very productive day. The new regime surprised us all I think?

Definite improvements across the board.

The D should be exciting to watch. No more, or a lot lot less of the bend don't break days.

Nice additions on the offensive side. Nothing to get too excited about but nice pick ups that are day 1 starters.

The Dobbs signing has me scratching my head? Either Brisett who's not under contract is gone or there is a plan already in place to trade Milton?

I didn't see anything on Cam Robinson. Very quiet. Is his agent telling him to just wait it out that he's going to get paid regardless? I'd still like to see NE go after him to solidify the Oline and then draft BPA or trade down.

Wouldn't mind seeing FB Kyle Juszczk who was released by SF in a NE uni next year.

Well done thus far NE FO, well done

I pray that they stay away from Robinson. I've already posted that he had 21 QB pressures and two sacks in his last two games. He's as bad or worse than Veradian Lowe.

""I"" think the guy to sign is 29 year old Jackson Barton. He's 6'7" 310# and has been around for 8 years. He last played for the Arizona Cardinals.
He's in shape, a team guy and the Patriots could get him for $10M or less for a couple of years.

Then draft a solid kid in round three or four.

Fair enough. Not sure Barton only gets 10M in this market. Never the less, NE has money to pay more.

Journeyman backup. Could make Milton available or remain 3rd string QB
I wonder if there is any truth at all about teams wanting Milton? I know we chatted about here but I never really saw anything concrete, and now that FA is open there is no chatter about it

I rarely agree with BK… but I back him 100% on not wanting Cam Robinson. He sucked major balls last year.

Okay. Again I am really not buying all this crap. If you want to continue scouring the internet have it
Yeah, I'm not sure Josh Dobbs is an upgrade over Milton III.

I think with his relatively low cost he is essentially camp meat.
Signing him also takes a choice off the table for Tennessee or New York so they are closer to needing to sign one of the two QB's this year and maybe allowing Carter to get to 4th?

Fuck draft picks. Steelers want Milton? Give the Patriots WR George Pickens or LT Broderick Jones.

Steelers have #21 in te first, no second and #83 in the third. I doubt that they want to go an entire day without pick.

So my guess is that they'll attempt to devalue the hell out of him and try to give up a 5th (#163 and a 7th (#231)

If thy want him bad enough, make them pay because they got Metcalf and don't have anyone to throw him the ball. For once, squeeze someone else's balls instead of letting them squeeze your's.
