"He's a fullback, tight end kind of guy, sort of lines up in a lot of different places," he said.

Harbor, 28, had 64 catches for 730 yards and four touchdowns in three seasons with the Jaguars.

He started 15 games and caught 50 passes in 2013-14 but the improved health of Marcedes Lewis and the addition of Julius Thomas slashed his production. He had just 14 catches for 149 yards and one touchdown in 2015.

Harbor played three seasons in Philadelphia before joining the Jaguars, catching 47 passes for 421 yards and four touchdowns.

Belichick always brings 90 guys to camp. 3 or 4 always surprise and make the team. Something's up. BB has 90 slots before his first pick and 100 slots between the third and sixth rounds and he has 6 picks in the sixth. No fourth, no fifth. he's adding some strange guys like Biggers and Harbor. Can't tell if it's camouflage or smoke or something real.

Strange very strange? Any word on the contract? Has BB lost his mind? He's going crazy, lol. NE looks like they may be going all in for TBs last run? I like what they're doing. Good competition for camp. Those not making the cut could possibly find a place on the PS? Plus BB always kicks the tires on players just in case the injury bug hits.

Should make for a very interesting draft.

In BB we still trust. I think lol

Heard BB also had TE Jeff Cumberland in for a tryout. He always played well against the Pats but how many tight ends can we use? Could BB be thinking of moving Mike Williams from TE back to tackle?

BB playing chess while others play checkers. BB comes out with a 5 TE set.

I don't know, man. After the AFCCG game, BK wanted BB fired or forced into retirement. I guess we can chalk BK's words up to frustration to losing to you know who.

BK, was tarred and feathered on the list too? :suds:

I think Ohio nailed it. This allows Williams to concentrate on the OL now, and act as a emergency TE. We now have 3 legit TE who can block and catch, also don't forget Devlin at FB/TE. OL will be Solder, Mason, Stork, Jackson, Volly. Cannon, Fleming, Andrews, Wendell (maybe), Waddel, Williams. We now have 3 guys who can play the OT position. Maybe we wont have to see Stork play LT this yr.

I also agree with all these picks that BB is moving up...not sure where, or when.....but I have that feeling. We simply cannot sign all these guys.

I'll chalk all these moves up to "bodies in camp" at this point. BB and McDaniels do like the 2 and 3 TE sets and having 3 guys who can block and catch some too on the field at the same time definitely gets them all tingly inside.

My big concern is getting the guys who got hurt (Volmer, Lewis, Develin, Solder etc) last year back and up to speed. If they can have that and keep them healthy any new additions will be gravy.

Tom Curran says that the Patriots will not draft 11 players, especially 7 in the 6th and 7th Rounds. Look for the 90th or 91st to be packaged with 2 6th Rounders and a move to the mid 60s in the 2nd round. Very possibly 2 more to move up to the fifth round. Move up in two rounds and go from 11 picks to 7.

Tar and feather no...... I'm still pissed off at BB for the cavalier attitude at the end of last season and giving up the home field. I still think that the Patriots would have beaten the Broncos if that game had been played in Foxboro. The temp alone would have been a problem for both Manning and Oz. It was 33 degree that day with a steady 23 mph wind. Not a mild 60 degree day with no wind. That and the Broncos play as bad in Foxboro as the Patriots do in Denver.

Spot on Big K. I think we all to include all the haters get pissed at BB's cavalier attitude. But we have to take the good with the bad. For as many calls we think are ego or his over thinking the metrics of a certain down and yardage. He pulls something like not calling a timeout against Seattle in the SB. He saw they were unsure of themselves and didnxt want to help them. Lucky for us it paid off. Otherwise, we'd be screaming why didn't he take a timeout?

No way he uses all those picks this year. Unfortunately he has to keep the comps this year. I wonder who they have their eye on? If they move up after someone?

I disagree.
End of last year (I know - the injuries) Patriots offense got predictable. The running game didn't help but was it because the running game was predictable too? We had lost some of the plays in the playbook, partly because of lost players. I see a move towards more complexity in the offense.....
