Funny isn't it? All of the Draft Experts have all come to the same decision.

TENN - Cam Ward
CLE - Abdul Carter
NYG - Shedeur Sanders
NEP - Hunter Travis

Several have the NEP making a late first round trade with MIN or PHI. It will cost #38 and #77

NEP - Josh Conerly LT ORE

I guess we'll see when draft day comes. I do suspect the Pats might be doing a lot of wheeling and dealing.

Last year taught us all a lesson from the top brass to the dude in the mail room

I hope not.

Both on Travis and trading up for Conerly.

I’m down with Travis Hunter. Best WR in college. Tet is too slow. Plus Hunter can play some selective defensive plays. Hunter… Carter and Jeanty are the only blue chip players in this draft. Do I want Jeanty at #4… inot really. We saw what a good defense and a great running game did for the Eagles. I live in Boise and have seen several games in person. Jeanty just has that “it factor “. Truly special. The pressure he would take off of Maye would be insane.

Would you take Jeanty at #4 if you couldn't trade back and Hunter was gone?

Uhhhhh…… I think he’s such a game changer. If there was just 1 OT who was head and shoulders above the rest I’d take that OT. Just seems like you could bunch the top 5 OT’s and not notice a big difference. Jeanty is head and shoulders better than any other RB in this draft. Maybe pound for pound the best player in this draft. So.. I would t be mad if we did.

I think the pick is the Vikings at #24.

If the Patriots are the beggers, they can't be the choosers. If Conerly is last of the top ten LT at #24, price can't be an issue.
Regardless of who they trade with and what position they end up with, be it #38 & #77 for #20, #22, #24...whatever, I don't thing think he is worth #38 & #77.

As an example...And I am not saying that the draft could or should fall this way. I'm not a Tet fan for one...but here is a mock hypothesizing LT Aireontae Ersery at #38 and LG Wyatt Milum at #77. This scenario is FAR better than both of those picks for Conerly.

Conerly is not a 1st round LT for me.

4. New England Patriots — Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

Surprise? It shouldn’t be that big of one, considering how many boxes Membou has checked off throughout the draft cycle. He has a legitimate case to be the first offensive tackle off the board. The Patriots need an OT still and Membou has the skills and talent to play either on the right or left side of the line.
