And he's another one who has really good stuff... he just doesn't seem to be able to string it together, either.

I haven't watched every game this season (like I have the past couple), but it seems both Hughes and Nova have the tendency to get behind in counts, then throw 93MPH dead middle... and major leaguers in a 3-1 counts hit that pitch 425 feet early and often.

Let's not forget, he missed almost the entirety of the 2nd half last year...with a wrist injury. It takes time...

He doesn't have great plate discipline, but he's always had plus contact ability...he'll be fine...

Great play by wells and encarnacion cant catch a break. Smoked at least 5 or 6 balls either got robbed or it was right at someone. When its going bad its going bad
