Hasn't said, but I'd assume so. He has said for most of the year he wasn't considering going out early.

We are only waiting on Gaskin to announce one way or the other.

He should go. Running backs have only so many miles on them and another year of being the feature back is going to take a prime year away from him.
Browning is as good as he's going to be but a year of training for that shoulder at the college level will help him. he doesnt need grown ass men hitting him just yet.

Browning needs to stay because he will help his stock with all of the improved weapons he will have. He will be back to having multiple weapons that make him look a lot better.

I mean with his build he's probably heading to Canada as it is.

I dont live in Oregon anymore and when I did I had a job that did require us to pump our own in a truck that did use diesel. and when I moved to Washington I had no issue pumping my own gas.
