Oregon commit 4* Jaydn Ott re opens his recruitment.
"Eventually, I would like the opportunity to visit USC, UCLA, Stanford and California. As a California native, it would be an honor to play for a Division I school back on my stomping grounds.
UW with a rare grad transfer. Has alot of Husky fans scratching their heads.

Vernon Adams 2.0
or will he be Prukop 2.0
I dont know why youd be less worried. Kids don't come back from opening up thier recruitment. He might not end up at USC but he OregoneI'd be more worried if he was a 2021 recruit.
True but lemmi happy dance a little just for fun. LolOregon has Seven Mcgee in the 21 class Ranked as #3 all purpose.
class of 20 had Trey Benson. ranked 27th back.
class of 19 had Sean Dollars ranked 2 all purpose back.
18 had Dye who has been the #2 and occasional starter.
17 has CJ who is the starter and he was only a 3* ranked 27 back
as well as Habibi Likio who has been a good short yard guy.
obviously a couple of these guy (CJ, Dye, CHL) will likely be gone by the time Ott would have been there but he still would be behind a couple guys in his first few years.
the main good think about this is that it leaves plenty of time for Oregon to find another recruit for the class.

Which is ok. It means the coaches have plenty of time to adjust accordingly. If this was 2 weeks before signing day, Oregon would have already pulled offers for guys they didn't have room for.
It happens on occasion tho
Bru still playing WR or making the jump to LB/DE?Yeah, it's not like guys de-committing never happens. Every program has it happen for a lot of different reasons. Even at the height of the Pete Carroll era, we would have guys de-commit.
Heck, USC had Bru McCoy commit, de-commit and go to Texas, then de-commit again and come back to USC.
USC has been doing great in 2021 recruiting. I'm sure upgrading the coaching staff has a lot to do with it and stealing Donte' Williams away from Oregon was huge.
But, it also seems likely that some of it is the coronavirus thing and Mom's not wanting their babies too far from home. If things get back to normal fairly quickly, I think we'll see some of those guys de-commit from USC.

It looks like he's sticking with WR. My guess is that they probably have him taking some reps on defense here and there just in case there are a bunch of injuries to the defense. But I don't know that for sure.
It'll be interesting to see how many plays he gets this year. We are pretty stacked at WR.
With Kyle Ford out with the knee it might be easier to find him some reps at WR. I wish he would flip to the defensive side. He's a beast on defense
