The problem Garbars if facing is the low IQ level of many a Washington fan. Those sheep eat up anything and everything the media sells them on. All those tards see is Huard's recruiting rating, the fact he comes from a line of former UW QB's and that he's local. This shit is going to be Jacob Eason all over again as far as the media and the low IQ fans are concerned.

I agree and that really does complicate things. If whoever wins the job doesn't have an incredible season in 2020, prior to the 2021 season people will be screaming for Huard to be the starter.

The kid surprised a lot of people with his play. Corona Del Mar is not a traditional football powerhouse but with Garbers they went to the state championship game . I think you guys also got his tight end Redman. I missed the St Francis vrs Corona Del Mar game. I usually go to most St Francis games since a few friends sons are there or grads. So I can't say i know much about Garbers other than the later the season got the more you heard of him.Could be the type who would have been a 4 star easy if he was at one of the bigger football schools down here. There's so many QBs down here now it's crazy.

I'm one of those nerds that watches all the high school film and personally I think that Garbers looked better in high school than any of the other QBs currently at UW and that was just based on what I saw from him as a junior, I've yet to watch his film from his senior year where he really exploded. You're right that we also landed the commitment of his TE Mark Redman. He's another stud and I'm really excited to see them in purple and gold.

Bullshit stat - show the one that includes all players not just 4&5 star kids. Getting a 3 star kid drafted is really coaching kids up.
That and bad evaluations coming out of high school

Again no 3 stars. Utah doesn’t get 4 & 5 stars totally misleading. But if your happy with Las Vegas Bowl win and these bogus stats - more power to ya
