Urban Meyer Rumors: Ex-OSU HC 'Undoubtedly' USC's Top Choice as Next Coach

I don't see that happening. USC has had a decade of scandal with the BB/FB teams, an on campus physician accused of sexual assault, and the pay for play scandal that some parents and coaches got involved with. The new university prez and AD will probably avoid Meyer due to the crap that went on at Ohio St. and Florida during his tenure. The last thing SC needs right now is a new HC with a suspect background.

I certainly wouldn't be upset if Meyer came to SC. But would just hope he could keep it clean.

Tough to say what happens once Urban is hired. All I know as a UW fan is the last thing I want to see is Urban at SC.

With SC, it's all about the money. If the fat cat boosters want Meyer, they will get him. It would certainly be a marquee hire and boost recruiting in the short term.
