OT - Wall Of Beer

WALL OF BEER

A high roller apparently wanted more privacy on Monday at XS Nightclub at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

So he ordered 400 cases of beer and built a wall around his VIP table.

ESPN’s sports business reporter Darren Rovell posted a photo of the 9,600 cans of beer, saying the purchase cost $80,000.

However, maybe someone should have told this guy that a nightclub perhaps was a poor choice if he wanted privacy. I feel that someone must have dropped the ball by not informing this gentleman that for a fraction of $80,000 (say $10,000) he could have rented an adequate suite in a number of local hotels. I'm sure these facilities with their traditional, non-beer, structures would have provided plenty of privacy.

But alas, this poor soul was misled!! This is Las Vegas though and he persevered in an obviously difficult situation!
