I have a niece that wanted a pink iPhone. She got a white one. It got broken in a week. It was replaced with a silver one. That one got broken too, within a week or so. She got a pink one and it worked fine for 2 years.

As far as I know there wasn't a big confrontation such as the video. But she is just as entitled.

Makes Mrs 43's eye twitch.

Yeah, that would be my approach. This same niece responded to my youngest saying she wasn't allowed to have a Facebook/Instagram yet by creating a an email address for her and facebook and instagram profiles along with it. Texted my kid the passwords.

My kid lost her shit. "You're gonna make it so I don't have Internet access until I am in college!". 43.25 came right to us. "I didn't do it, I swear!"
