If they are poisonous enough spiders, that's actually a perfectly valid charge. If it's a non-venomous spider, then yeah, a simple assault at most (simple assault also covers simply making another person fear bodily harm in some states).

I spent the better part of today looking through a twitter feed of pictures that people have posted on Twitter, facebook and Instagram of their debit and credit cards. Yes. The answer when involving people stupidity is ALWAYS yes. Yes, they can be that stupid. And just when you think they've hit rock bottom, they come up with new and astounding ways to lower that bar.

Yeah, this was fun. Guy had a bunch of charges on his debit card and raised holy hell. Was screaming about suing the bank and what not. Asked for FBI involvement and was SURE he was being hacked by a gang or a bank insider (maybe both). In actuality, it all came unraveled when his unprotected facebook page had a link to his instagram that three weeks ago had a picture of his dandy new Kansas City Chiefs Debit card in his wallet. The other side of his wallet was (clear as day) his drivers' license.
