Probably the reason my son and daughter in law (both professionals) moved back north.

The trend is changing back because the factory and textiles job's are going over sea's. Medical and high tech jobs are the trend up north. Verizon and Yahoo just invested Billions (not Millions) on facilities here in WNY ironically because of our climate. It's much more cost effective to cool computer equipment in a cooler climate.

I have spent a lot of time in North and South Carolina and I was appalled with the amount of empty factories. My brother in laws son and daughter in law are out of work in Charlotte because they have put too many eggs in one basket.

Not looking to get into a shit fight here but in my travels I know what i saw.
