yeah a few weeks ago. the scotch was actually quite reasonable compared to Vancouver prices. in Vancouver a scotch of this calibre would be about $300 or more I think. I paid $160 after I get my tax rebate.

I guess if I were ever to splurge on Scotch, Scotland would be the place to do it. I'm sure it is much cheaper pre-tariffs.

back to back the London/Scotland one was paid for by a client luckily. the hawaii one was on my dime

Edinburgh is one fantastic place. unlike London most good pubs close at 11 pm. most places in Edinburgh are 1 am and on. everyone is very friendly as well.
