My inlaws, irrational Ravens fans, are all up in arms because their team got beat by a guy, with my last name - AND from Ohio...

That happies me.

I am going to go buy one of those jerseys and wear it at Thanksgiving.

hahaha I'm glad my in-laws are Steelers fans, which, of course, makes them cool as hell. :)

Yes, I am a double dip of unacceptable to the In-Laws in terms of football. They are all Ravens fans, and I hate the Ravens. But to complicate matters I remained a Colts fan, which is terrible by their logic because teams that leave cities are scum and undeserving of support.

ummmmm.

Summin' like that.

Anyone else watch the game last night? WTF happened with the dude's helmet? I was putting the Munchkin in bed and all I saw was a replay of the security guard trying to take it back. Did the fan get to keep it? How did it get there in the first place?

the spin:
"I was a little mad, but to be honest with you, it was a mistake," Jacobs said. "It got caught on the sticky leather of my gloves and I did not mean to do that. Anyone who knows me knows that I do not mean to do something like that. The whole world could've been falling down on me and I wouldn't do something like that. I would like to apologize to Indy, first of all, and their fans, and our organization. It was something that happened that shouldn't have happened. I got frustrated and went to throw my helmet under the bench and it caught my middle finger and flicked up into the stands. It really was something I did not mean to do. The apologies are real. It's not just something I'm saying because it happened. It was a mistake and it wasn't supposed to happen. I've got to keep my cool and try not to throw my helmet anywhere. I apologized to the fella that caught it and also to the people around him. I don't know what else to really say."

Methinks he does protest too much....he's just lucky nobody got hurt....accident or not...what if that helmet cracks a little kid in the head....
