I was at a Habachi place the other night and someone asked for a vegetarian plate. I immediately ordered the fliet, bloody bloody rare. It made me think of one of my favorite quotes of all time. As a home kitchen quasi chef, I absolutely love it. Long live, Tony Bourdain!!!!
