Puck Daddy posted an article stating he and Wilson had a conversation and buried the hatchet 2 minutes in. Yeah...something tells me that ain't true.

Wilson was left a pretty solid core of players when Dumbo was fired back in 2003 or whatever, and for the past 15 years Sharks teams have been pretty good overall. He has simply made wrong moves, and I'm not sure what the point of signing guys like Scott and Brown were when clearly there were other issues. Specifically, he didn't have 2 solid 1- defenders. He should have been fired about 5 years ago.

Kind of ironic they dumped Dumbo thinking Wilson was the man to get them a Cup yet here he is in LA with 2 and pretty much followed the same build from within strategy but was allowed to actually do it here.

Good point Pucky. The major mistake was handing Jumbo and Marleau the contracts and now trying to push them out.
