I will say one thing. Joyce admitted his screw up and so did MLB. When a ref in the NFL blows a call the NFL sends out a release on Tuesday saying the wrong call was made. ie Ed Hockuli (who also admitted his mistake.
When an NHL ref blows a call the league hands out 50 bullshit reason why it was the right call no matter how bad it was.
