OT: Is Tiger done?

Withdrew from The Player's Championship after nine holes citing multiple injuries. He's already had multiple surgeries to repair damage to his knees etc. The guy's body is failing him and he's not a young buck anymore.

He's certainly done as the Tiger of 2000-2008 Dash.

He needs to shut it down for the season and then try to come back.

Mostly though he just putts about 30% as well as he did in his prime. He's just like Tom Watson in that regard. The thing is that Tom always hit it straight. Tiger didn't hit it very straight in his prime and he hit's it about as straight as Ricky Martin right now.

Excellent post Kenny - For as long as Tiger hit the ball, his short game and putting was one of the best on tour and saved his butt countless times. He doesn't have the yips, but he doesn't make those 15 and 20 footers like he used to.

About a week after his checking himself into therapy and trying to make up with whatever her name is, a host of a sports radio station up here said he will never be the same golfer. He still has the skill to win tournaments I do believe, but the days of 10-12 wins and 2-3 majors a year are clearly over for Woods.
