from my end, by the way:

1. watching No Reservations-Dubai- Tony Bourdain is a man crush of mine

I like him too. I like his writing as well.

I watched the Dubai episode as well and it looks cool now but I wouldnt be surprised if the place falls apart in the near future. The mentality of building so big and expensive just to do it while not a great deal of the population is making much money could hurt them. Plus the way the Emirates treat some others even though they are a very small minority could hurt them. But I really know very little about the place.
