Aw, birdie. It's not like that. I had a little Stanley Cup rage-envy for a few days and I limited my time until Boston fans were done jizzing all over each other.

So what are you eating?

My normal day of eating goes like this:

Breakfast: Cup of non-sweetened cheerios w/ skim milk about 120-150 calories

Lunch: Sandwich or small salad, depends on what I plan on eating for dinner 400-600 calories

Snacks: most of the time I don't have a snack, but if I do its an apple or a pear

Dinner: Grilled chicken/Fish, either on a salad or with a side of some steamed vegetable

As for what I'm drinking, water. Lots and lots of water

So yeah, I've been eating as healthy as possible while still making sure I'm getting enough vitimens and minerals.

You have to get the recruiters out early this year. Eloco is already working on Jeff to see if he'll transfer to the Caps next year.
