My brother in law is convinced that the final game (in fact the entire playoffs, for that matter) was "fixed" so that Vancouver wouldn't win and Boston would. I suppose this is to be expected from a guy that thinks shape-shifting aliens are controlling the world, the earth is hollow, and jews are evil.

Edit: i almost forgot. It wasn't anarchists that started the riot, it was paid govt agents so marshall law could be instilled easily at a later date.
