I disagree with you just in the sense that this girl has gone WAY over the line already. If you aren't 100% clear with a person like that, they will look for the slightest glimmer of hope in anything you say. Hell, even by texting her back, she'll think 'he wouldn't text if he weren't interested.' So you gotta be real clear to the point of rudeness. Not mean, but blunt. Anyhow, my two pennies.

No, I agree. Girls are desperate creatures who strive for any type of attention. That said (I honestly don't know how she's crossed the line, missed that stuff), it's important to not be a complete JERK because then it throws the girl in the wrong direction and she becomes crazy ex even though you were never together. Like I said, careful line. Make it as obvious as possible that you have no interest, don't leave loopholes if possible, but don't be an ass either.
