Some damn renegade brown bear has been running around town the last two weeks terrorizing people. It's charged at 3 people so far; actually attacking one person (the other two managed to play dead and got off with a waft of bear breath; the person who was attacked is having scalp surgery). The scary part is that all the attacks have happened downtown!

I was actually walking the hound the other night with the wife and kid out on a logging road on the perimeter of the city. Suddenly, some dude came flying by on a bike - scared shitless - saying that a bear was running out of the woods at him, about a 1000 feet away. We all ran for our lives back to the car (which wasn't too far away, luckily). Don't know if it was the same bear; wasn't about to stick around and ask it.

I had a dream about a natural disaster destroying society and I went with a couple friends deep into the mountains to survive and avoid the chaos/anarchy that had taken over society.

We had an earthquake, a hurricane, and I watched a lot of Dual Survivor last week.

I wonder what my dream means...
