Joel Hanrahan wasn't that good when he was in DC. I know, I saw him pitch. Also Nyjer was great in DC for about a half a season (what's up with that whole half a season then suck thing?)

He always had the heat, just not the control. He even said some days he'd sit in his stall and say "what am I doing here?" He just wasn't "there".

Especially when Hudson got on. The umps zone is a bit wider for Hudson than it is for JMac...not trying to sound like a homer, but it was obvious in that AB.

Ozzie is pissing me off. Chi Sox keep having save chances, and he is playing the matchup instead of letting Santos (I have him in fantasy baseball) just close like he has been. So he pitched .2 of an inning and then doesn't get the save...GRRR

I've been saying that for a while now. Get rid of the balls and strikes calls by humans. The "strike zone" might be the most inconsistent thing called in sport, and it's by far the most important thing to any game of baseball.

His days are certainly numbered. Carlos Pena just makes sense to me right now. He's got power. At least a power threat. And he'll probably care enough not to make that idiotic of a running error.
