It seems like it's impossible. I need all my friends to quit smoking too because I might be doing ok, but then I go out with them and I can't resist when they light up.

Yeah, that's a killer right there...My dad quit after almost 40 years of smoking, if he can do it, anyone can.

Same problem I have vee I think the mental habit is worse than the chemical addiction

Both my parents smoked when I was little and they both managed to quit on their own with no help. Pretty impressive I thought.

I've never bought a pack of cigarettes in my life. I've smoked other people's cigarettes, hell I remember one time I was partying and got really drunk and smoked an entire pack. But I've never had the urge to buy any. Maybe I just got lucky, I don't know.

Went about as well as you could hope. I wasn't able to catch the 2nd half of the Gonzaga game, but it's pretty cool they pulled it out. And they get to play the S16 and E8 games should they make it that far at the arena. That's pretty awesome.

Nice to see WSU doing something in the NIT as well. One game away from the NIT final four. I honestly thought they would lose against Oklahoma State. Glad they could avenge the 81-29 loss to OSU from a few years back.
