I am one of the very rare cases that benadryl has the reverse effect on
I also have to watch what I take with my Xanax dr gave me ambien as well but i wont take the ambien i've heard stories of people sleep eating with that stuff.

Oh I don't take Ambien for the same reason. I already have enough trouble with sleepwalking, sleeptalking, sleep punching (I really have done this. multiple times), and sleeping with my eyes open.

I have the same issues I've been a sleep walker since I was little and I punched a surgeon once when I was recovering from anastesia also have to use eye drops due to sleeping with my eyes not completely closed you sure we're not related lol

I take it you got into a lot of trouble in school to.I had the wonderful combination of being an Italian that played hockey with a bad sense of humor.
