well the only good thing about that is that its a slap in the face to the Yankees and their fans. I always said if I were a highly sought after free agent (unfortuantely I'm not), and the Yankees were interested, I'd tell my agent to get the MOST possible money from them, then sign for conciderably less with the Red Sox (or any other team for that matter, but the Redsox would be a bigger slap in the face then any other team) hahaha
