CFB question, as I know almost nothing of the ranking system.
why all the hate for Boise State? are they regularly ranked too high,
kind of like Notre Dame was over the past decade?

Hockey Question: Team A gets a double minor. A minute into Team B's 4 minute penalty Team B gets called with a regular minor. After 2 minutes of 4 on 4 noone scores and the Team B player gets back on the ice. Is this considered one or two PPs for Team B?

Mainly because they don't play anybody good on a regular basis, so people think they don't deserve to be ranked so high. Personally, I have them #1.
