I thought pinto was on a road trip while the app was accessed back in Ontario.
Didn't look into it though, so maybe as simple as VPN or a deal cut with the league

Can’t speak to all apps but some do geolock so maybe a VPN.

The only hard holy shit fuck this guy that’s happened so far was the guy who played for the Raptors and that’s pretty much because he sucked and the NBA felt no reason not to make an example of him (also he was pretty clearly fixing stats, I don’t think Pinto or Ohtani or anyone else did that).
