They did add him to the ALCS roster. I had to look it up.

He was shut down in September for the rest of the regular season. I had misunderstood.

I was on the phone with my ex who was talking about us getting back together. I remember thinking I needed a sign that it was a bad idea. Earthquakes as a sign are usually hard to miss, but I didn't catch it right away. We decided to give it another try. 1 week later I was in Berkeley living with my cousin and helping them do work repairing the damage on their house. I was supposed to be gone 3 weeks. I wound up extending it to 10 months with 3 months in So Cal with some friends trying to become a BMX star. She was, to say the least, displeased.

Met the future Mrs 43 a few weeks after I got back.

That earthquake saved my life.
