MLB TV: Orioles and Red Sox is blacked out because it's on Fox.
Me: Oh, okay *switch over to Fox*
Fox: Your regional game is Texas and Seattle

*sigh*

MLB playoff teams are all set now.

Few placements still in play.
Miami or Arizona for the 2nd wild card.

First Place between Houston and Texas. And I think the Jays could jump to the 2nd wild card and not face the Twins. Honestly not sure who would be better to face them or the Rays?

Twins have lost 18 straight playoff games or some shit. They would definitely break that run against Toronto.

I also don’t think Toronto can beat anyone. They legit just backed their asses into the playoffs while the ALW teams beat the shit out of one another.

To this day still pissed at Leyland for not pitching him game 7 after pulling Drabek. The Braves could not hit him at all.

Just read the Wikipedia summary of that series because given how the season ended I never really gave any thought to the NL side of the bracket. Ok holy shit a lot to unpack lol

Wasn’t the biggest issue that he left him in game 6 too long when the win was pretty much in the bag?

That also, but that was typical Leyland.
Wakefield pitched the whole game when they really had an opportunity with their poor bullpen to pitch in a less stressful matchup.
