They take a lot of chances on players , some seem to work out and some not so good.

I think DeSean has worked out. We knew what we were getting but we still fed into it.

If you don't want a bad attitude on a team, don't draft him. I can't believe people are acting surprised now that Jackson needs a contract and is acting like a jackass. Either pay him, trade him, or don't draft him. Stop acting like they are going to change him now that he is due.

IMO it's coaching and management.

Cheerleaders don't need personalities. If they look fine that's good enough and you're right she didn't say anything bad.
