OT - Favorite present you got and favorite gift you gave

Carefull, those things are the devil. It starts out with a little fun checking the BAC. Next thing you know you are seeing who can get the highest score and you wake up without your pants with vomit in your hair and a nasty cut on your hand.

Or so I've been told...

The first part is about what I expect. A little fun.

The second happens every other night anyhow so I do not expect any different.

Best gift I got was a Bruins shower curtain, which is so ridiculous it's awesome!

Best gift I gave was I bought a new bed for my Mother. She'd been sleeping on a bed that was over 20 years old and she has started to develop arthritis in her hip. She was so happy she called and woke me up the next morning it was hilarious, like a little kid or something

I remember watching it in college and my friends all bugging me because they wanted to get some dinner. I watched an OT and finally agreed to go with them, b/c I had a bad feeling anyway. Got back an hour or so later and thought the game was being replayed, when the guy watching it already said, "no, this is live, it's the 4th OT." It ended about 2 minutes later. Awful.

You guys have 3 Cups, Honus. Thanks for twisting the knife. Cough, cough (dick) cough.

BTW just so I dont seem like a dick for the present I stated I gave my wife - there is a reason behind it. We agreed long ago not to go too crazy on presents for each other. Earlier this month we were asking each other what we wanted and both of us couldnt think of anything off the top of our heads. So I told her if she didnt think of something I'd get her a box of OB and she told me I'd get a box of tissues or something. So as a joke I bought a box, wrapped it, and gave it to her.

I had a few (bunch) of drinks last night, sadly at 4am I couldnt find any AAA batteries to test the breathalyzer key chain.

This reminded me of the game 7 Pat Lafontaine ended for the Islanders. Which is in the Islanders Greatest Games DVD set. Of course David Volek will always be remembered for his heroics as well. Those were the days. I really miss them.
