Someone did this on the Niners' ESPN board years ago. He called the Antonio Bryant signing a few days before it happened. I believe he called the signing before the visit was even announced in the press.

Think there was a guy on the ESPN GS Warrior board that used to do this. He was very concerned about his source so he would be vague like "expect a big trade soon" and within a day or so one would happen.
