Nope. If the first team to get the ball scores a TD, then the game is over. If they score a FG, then the other team gets it kicked off to them, and they have that drive to either a) score a TD and end the game, or b) kick a FG and the game continues in true sudden death style. If they don't score anything, then the game is over and the first team wins.
