Only a decade old, the 21st century has a front runner for "Creepiest Inventor." Drumroll.... Hiroshi Ishiguro!
He invented a cell phone (the Elfoid) that has a human skin feel and looks like some kind of androgenous, fetal, Casper the Ghost. Outside of being completely impractical, having no buttons or usability, unable to fit in your pocket, and really creepy to carry around or look at... what a great invention! Full story
