OT Crazy 911 calls.

I put this on the general board as well so if others add to it you may want to check it out.

Every year one of the local suburban papers put's out some of the most interesting 911 calls'

These are real folk's. I have a couple hundred of them. Here is a couple.

Police were called to Windermere Boulevard where a 13-year-old was refusing to get out of bed.

A road obstruction was reported on Sheridan Drive. The patrolman removed a rake from the road.

A 19 year old Cheektowaga resident called police to say his mom was crazy and that he needs Valium and Xanax.

BTW. One of the best I ever heard was a woman calling the police because as she said. "There is a deer crossing sign near my house near a sharp bend and deer keep getting hit, Maybe they should move the sign down the road where it is straight"

More......

A resident reported that children were taking his golf balls and that he "pays too much in taxes to have this happen" to him.

Have any of you heard of stupid 911 calls? I have a lot more here.

urban legend but I heard of one where a women called 911 because her pizza was late and that it was false advertising. I think she got arrested for mischief. ive never heard it.

It's weird that people will call 911 over some simple shit but not call them when they see someone get shot because they don't want to get involved.

Also, just to show Burger King customers are just as dumb.

Customer: "You're supposed to protect me."
911 line... "What are we protecting you from... a wrong cheeseburger? Is it a harmful cheeseburger or something?"


There are dumb people out there. What bothers me more is that the 911 people don't hang up on these people immediately. I guess we can assume/hope if another call was coming in they would hang up, but why do they give these people such a long leash? Say this... "This is not a police or emergency matter, if you call back, we WILL be sending the police to arrest you." (Click)
